Second Class Current in QCD Sum Rules
Induced tensor charge of the nucleon gT , which originates from G-parity violation, is evaluated from QCD sum rules. We find that gT /gA with gA being the axial charge is −0.0152 ± 0.0053 which is proportional to u-d quark mass difference. This result is small compared to preliminary analysis of the experiment, but is consistent with the estimate in the MIT bag model. PACS numbers: 12.38.Lg, 14...
متن کاملWeak and $(-1)$-weak amenability of second dual of Banach algebras
For a Banach algebra $A$, $A''$ is $(-1)$-Weakly amenable if $A'$ is a Banach $A''$-bimodule and $H^1(A'',A')={0}$. In this paper, among other things, we study the relationships between the $(-1)$-Weakly amenability of $A''$ and the weak amenability of $A''$ or $A$. Moreover, we show that the second dual of every $C^ast$-algebra is $(-1)$-Weakly amenable.
متن کاملStrong-weak coupling duality in anisotropic current interactions
The recently proposed all orders βeta function is further investigated. By using a strong-weak coupling duality of the βeta function, and some added topology of the space of couplings we are able to extend the flows to arbitrarily large or small scales. Using a non-trivial RG invariant we are able to identify sine-Gordon, sinh-Gordon and Kosterlitz-Thouless phases. We also find an additional ph...
متن کاملQuantum Magnetism Control Spin Interactions
Scientists have achieved the ultimate speed limit of the control of spins in a solid state magnetic material. The rise of the digital information era posed a daunting challenge to develop ever faster and smaller devices for data storage and processing. An approach which relies on the magnetic moment of electrons (i.e. the spin) rather than the charge, has recently turned into major research fie...
